Joern Heitmann is one of the most prolific video directors working out of Germany today. Joern is a "German Guillermo del Toro" who will be directing DARK HIGHWAY written by Chris Kyle (Alexander, Serena) with Mark Canton, Courtney Solomon,David Styne and Tarik Heitmann producing. Body of work includes more than 400 music videos and commercials as well. He just directed Germany's first sci-fi series Spides for NBCUniversal.

He owns one of the world's biggest music video production companies, Katapult Film (http://www. katapult-film.com/), which has done videos for anyone from Madonna, Marilyn Manson to ZZ Top. His first music video was Lou Bega's Mambo #5, which was nominated for the MTV music award and has since won many more awards, especially for his narrative storytelling. He is know for his very cinematic Rammstein videos, two of which - RADIO and AUSLANDER - were just released and have gone viral with over 100M views.
